ASWER: In 90 cases out of 100, perhaps even 95 or 98, it is a BADLY RECYCLED FASCIST.

Please remember: THERE´S BEEN NO NUREMBERG TRIAL in Spain. Criminals of war WERE NOT JUDGED in Spain. Criminals of war went on judging themselves. The throne of Spain is being occupied by a King named by Franco. The King who took oath on the principles based on the Spanish fascist Movement subjected himself to the will of the dictator who was leading it: Francisco Franco. Franco: A murderer, guilty of genocide, who carried out a coup d´etat.

And the journalists moved, in 24 ours time, from their nazi muses´ arms into making their new debuts in their new roles, their new "democratical" personalities.

Those poorly recycled Spanish fascist journalists are pretenders. They pretend they´ve been "democrats" during all their lives. They washed off their life stories the same way as murderes wash off blud of their knifes.

But they betray themselves when they talk about the Basque Country. It is then that their sectarianisme and hatered against the Basque people shows up, against the people who stuggled so hard against Franco´s dictatorship. The people whose gudaris (warriors in basque) blew up the Admiral (Carrero Blanco), substitute of the man guilty of genocide.

Those journalists´ fascist custum to tell lies stands out. Their fascist mania to occlude reality and juggle with it.

They lie, for instance, when they say ETA has had a military wash out. They hide to the Spanish people that there´s never been in all the Spanish history an enemy that killed so many generals and admirals as ETA has.

Some nights ago one of these fascists called Fernando Jauregui betrayed himself while he participated in a Spanish radio talk-show which can be considered as the current equivalent of what used to be WAR JOURNALISME of Rosa of Tokio or World War Two´s nazi radio stations.

This fascist man predicted by way of the Spanish National Radio´s microphone that very few Basques would join the demostration to show their support to the rights of the ETA´s activists inprisoned in Spanish jails.

In Bilbao on November 28th the Basque people pulled the prediction to pieces. By way of an anormous and impresive mass demonstration that surpassed by far a hunrded thhousand people. A demostration that challenged and defeated the cold and the downpouring rain. It has been a touching demonstration headed by hundreds and hundreds (more than a thousand, even two thausand) of family members whose relatives are imprisoned in Spanish and French jails, some others are political refugees and deportees. They hang out placards with photographes and names of their relatives.

A demonstration called by Senideak and supported officially by three parties who signed the Lizarra-Garazi Agreement (HE, EA and IU-EB) and supported personally by proeminent leaders of the remaining signatory party (PNV). And by social movements and trade unions who signed the Agreement .

By the time that the inmense demonstration started marching, the Lizarra-Garazi Agreement had already won an other big victory for that same saturday the Left Basque Nationalists aproved an inmensly important strategical-tactic volt face.

At Elorrio Herri Batasuna held a National Assembly meeting where two hundred activist represented 170 towns´ HB members of South Basque Country.

HB´s National Assembly carried out the discussion-process debated by its rank and file memgers of the 1998-1999 WORK GUIDELINES document.

The former implies, among other things, that HB is willing to take on institutional commitments.

On sunday 29 PNV´s main executive board´s president eccoed the former decision of HB. Xabier Arzallus emphasized the agreement of HB´s Assembly by way of admiting he had relaxed because Euskal Herritarrok´s 14 deputeys would be a good hinaugh endorsement to sustain PNV-EA Government of the Basque Autonomous Regional´s Paliament.

We could see Arzallus was relaxed. In a different temper as when he´s had to show anger because Spain maltreated his guest Cossiga. For Cossiga , Italy´s former head of State and President of Italy´s Governmen, in other words a top-level European Politician, has been maltreated by the Spanish Govenrment. This later for instance, banned any TV broadcasting image on any nationalwide Spanish TV about Cossiga´s visit to the Basque Country.

Why? Well, because Cossiga described as being hard but in a precise way the Spanish prison policy. He said DISPERSION IS TORTURE. He said dispersion is vengeance. Illegal, Illegitimate.

Spain conceales and silences the illustrious foreigners who dennouces torture inflicted by Spain to the Basque people. The terrible problem is that while Spain lies and hides what done to Basques, Spanish beasts keep on torturing the Basque people. Throughout the whole week we learned about terrible details of how the civil guard totured Juan Ramon Rojo, Paco Palacios and Xabier Arriaga´s bodies in 1992. We got to know it because in the Provincial Court of Bizkaye the trail of torture started on monday 23rd. AND TOTURE IS STILL BEING INFLICTED NOWADAYS TOO.

Wednesday the Coordinating Commitee of Solidarity with inprisoned persons informed in Madrid that 75 prisoners had denounced of having suffered torture by jailers. They reported it in the Proceedings´ Court so far this year.

Last monday 23rd Lurdes Txurruca inprisoned in Soto Real (Spain) has been sorrounded by civil guards in a prison cell. One of them shouted at her she would not survive it and started beating her and pushing her violently against the wall. They picked her up again and again by grabing her handcuffs in which her hands were locked. Learning about this increases our love for Lurdes and our hatered to her torturers.

What happens is that in theses days that Spain carries on with her dirty war against the Basqe Country.

But she won´t win. The Basque Country can´t be defeated this way. Yesterday on sunday we could witneness an other evidence of it. Does the reader of these lines remember the closure of EGIN last july? Judge Baltasar Garzon had been then a tool of the Spanish Government whose President boosted chamelessly saying his Government had been the one who DARED TO CLOSE EGIN. Spanish Interior Minister Mayor Oreja acted as an unusual spokesperson of judge Garzon and explained the closure.

Fair hinaugh, so far. On sunday November 29th it´s been announced the name and publishing date of the newspaper (Euskal Herriko Egunkaria GARA) that is to substitute EGIN and its current substitute (Euskadi infomacion). Thanks to a thausand millions pesetas gathered by the Basque people.

Spanish Government should show the white flag. She is defeated in front of such an enemy.
